First visit is tele-medicine or phone call to discuss your medical problems, concerns, and go over the plan in detail.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a $50 fee. We apologize for this, however, we have to prepare and purchase items that costs us time and money. Thank you for understanding.
